How the Game of Baccarat is Played!
The hand
representing Player is given face down to the person with the largest
wager
on Player. He/she then exposes those cards for all to see and
passes them to the house dealer who calls out their total value. In the event
there is no wager on Player, the cards representing that hand are
turned up by the house dealer who calls out their total value. if no
further cards are required, the house dealer will declare a winner.
If
a third card is required for either or both hands, the house dealer
calls for it, face up, and declares a winner. Again, only the last
digit of the total counts. In case of a tie, the hand is replayed.
Bets are paid even
money, however, a 5% commission is charged on winning Banker Bets. A
bet on a tie hand may be made which pays 9 for 1.
And remember,
never bet a tie!
